Marie Batz 라바 카지노 joined Coherent Corp. in January 2023 as Vice President & General Counsel, Global Compliance, and was promoted to Chief Compliance Officer in October 2024. In this role, Ms. 라바 카지노 is responsible for overseeing all trade compliance, corporate compliance, and privacy matters for the company. Previously, she was Executive Vice President, General Counsel, Chief Compliance Officer, and Corporate Secretary for FlightSafety International, a Berkshire Hathaway company, in Columbus, Ohio. Before FlightSafety, Ms. 라바 카지노 spent two years at Dentons Cohen & Grigsby, P.C., as a Shareholder in the Corporate Mergers & Acquisitions practice and over a decade at Alcoa Inc. in Pittsburgh in various legal, compliance, and corporate development roles. She started her career at Goldman Sachs in New York City.
